Our plant has been processing timber since 1974
In recent years the thrust of the company’s development has been to modernise the processing capability and efficiency of the plant and to develop its range to value added products. Our logs are sourced from well managed forests and other controlled sources in accordance with the principles and criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®)”. We supply FSC 100% and FSC Mix Products meaning that they are derived from timber which comes from well managed forests and controlled sources.
The plant now produces a wide range of fencing and decking products for both the home and UK markets. Our main products include d rail, weaves, arris rail, feather edge boards etc., traditional decking with handrails and balustrades. We are also a major supplier of roadside post and rail fencing, manufactured to the IS 435 standard. We hold an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Integrated Prevention Pollution Control (IPPC) Licence enabling us to treat timber, in green or brown, for preservation.
